Goals and Purpose
The CAF occupies a unique place in education. Our aircraft are historical artifacts and also living pieces of history. Through these planes and their history, students learn critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and mechanical concepts. Through introductions to aerospace careers, the CAF inspires young people to exciting and fulfilling futures. Pathways to civic engagement and patriotism abound in the stories from World War II and in the restoration of these warbirds.
 
The CAF Education Team is the connection point to encourage and enable all Units to share their experiences and learn from one another to make each education program robust and vibrant. We are committed to supporting all of our Units and volunteers, who are truly the front line of the CAF and make the biggest impact on communities across the country.
